Can I subtitute normal wheat flour instead of bread flour? ...asked by Annie......sorry dear I deleted your comment by mistake....
ReplyDeleteand the answer is yes you can use wheat flour/all porpose flour instead of bread flour. But the crust(pizza bottom) differs in texture and taste. Wheat flour crust will taste little sour and will be less fluffy/crispy. The crust with all purpose flour will remain fluffy and tastes good. If you are concerned about the nutrition wheat flour is best and if you are concerned about the taste bread/all purpose flour made crust will be awesome!
