Pavbhaji- Maharastra's famous chat

Pavbhaji make to to remember my college days. I used to have these wonderful chat on streets. Our gang adda used to be near the "chaat bandi's" near my college. Since today is the friendship day I'm posting this wonderful recipe. I love pav bhaji especially when it is raining. I just lost in nostalgia, while writing this post. This dish is to my all lovely college friends and wondeful friends of Bloggywood.

Ingredients:
Potato- pealed and cut-1 cup
Tomato diced-1/2cup
cauliflower cut-1/2cup
capsicum cut-1/ cup
green peas-1/4cup
Carrots cut-1/2cup
onions chopped-1 cup
red chili powder-1tbsp
salt to taste
Pav bhaji powder-1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Vegetable oil-2tbsp

Method:
Boil all the vegetables in little salt water, drain the water and keep them aside. Do not throw the drained water, store them for gravy. Now heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan and add onions and fry till they turn transparent. Now mash all the boiled vegetables partially and add them to the cooked onions and mix well cook by closing vessel under medium flame. When the mixture is well cooked add pavbahaji powder, red chili powder, salt to taste and enjoy with the butter toasted buns. If you want little more spicy add coriander and cumin powder 1/2 a tbsp each.
