When I made this recipe for the first time, it didn't taste that good, however next time I made it by boiling potatoes with little salt it came out wonderful. My sweet heart enjoyed this curry with roti. Now, after a bitter experience I suggest you to boil the potatoes with little salt then the curry tastes perfect. Here is the recipe,
Ingredients:
Baby potatoes-Boiled in water with little salt-12
Chopped onions-----1/4cup
Green chillies---------2
chopped cilantro---2t.s
Cumin seeds--------Few
Mustard seeds------Few
Chana dal-----------1/4ts
Turmeric------------Pinch
Coconut powder-2ts
Salt-----------------To taste
Chili powder------1/2t.s
yoghurt-2ts
Red chili----------1
vegetable oil-------2ts
Method:
Now the dish id ready serve it hot with rice / roti.

Method:
- Take a pan and heat 2ts of oil and add Cumin seeds + Mustard seeds + chana dal + moong dal + red chili.
- After the spices splutter add chilies + onions + turmeric and saute for 5min under medium flame.
- Now add red chili powder + Coriander powder + yoghurt + salt and cook for 10min under medium flame.
- Now take one baby potato and mash it, add it to the curry. Add remaining potatoes and cook by adding few water drops if need.
- Finally garnish with cilantro.
Now the dish id ready serve it hot with rice / roti.
