Lassi is the traditional yoghurt / Curd based drink in India, Mango lassi is the most common recipe in every Indian house in summer season. First let us know the health benefits of this lassie.
Yoghurt is nutritionally rich in protein, calcium, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. It has nutritional benefits beyond those of milk. People who are moderately lactose-intolerant can consume yoghurt without ill effects, because much of the lactose in the milk precursor is converted to lactic acid by the bacterial culture.
I love yoghurt, I have learned recently that consumption of low fat yoghurt results in weight loss due to calcium in it. So, Folks enpjy this drink as much as you can in this summer.
